Digital Products and Services:
All our products and services at REDIPTV are digital and, therefore, non-tangible. Once you have created an account and purchased a subscription, the transaction is considered final.

Refund Eligibility: 

You can request a refund for your subscription within the first 7 days of activation, provided you meet the following conditions: 

Refund Conditions: 

 – Your usage of the service should not be extensive, and there should be no evidence of misuse or abuse. 

 – A refund is applicable exclusively for technical issues within our servers. It’s important to note that third-party services or devices fall outside our purview, and we cannot assume responsibility for them. In the event of a technical issue, we kindly request the opportunity to address and resolve the matter. If, within a reasonable timeframe, we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution, we will then proceed with the refund process. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Non-Refundable Items: 

 – One month subscription : One month subscription is non-refundable 

 – Subscription Renewals: Renewals of existing subscriptions are non-refundable. 

 – Digital Products: This includes playlists, channel lists, and configuration files, which are non-refundable. 

 – Services that have been fully or partially rendered at your request are also non-refundable. 

Refund Process: 

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of activating your subscription. Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and notify you of the outcome. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days and notify you via email. 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the refund policy is being abused or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.  

Changes to Refund Policy: 

We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability or stability of specific channels, as they may be subject to external factors beyond our control. Additionally, we are not responsible for third-party services or devices used in conjunction with our service, such as media players, internet service providers, or hardware devices.
